Jess, thank you so much for your work. I've been using a few of your guided meditations for a while now and I feel like they have made a difference in me. I'm getting up there in age (74) and wish I had discovered meditation when I was much younger. I've been at it for close to three years now. My wife passed five years ago now and I still miss her every day. This helps.
