Divide 82 by 2 -> 41. Then divide 41 by 2 -> 20.5.
Divide by 2, divide again by 2 -> in effect divide by 4.

We can also first we write 25 percentage by 100 percentage ×82 so first we can see 100 is cut by 25 so it's become 4 then 82 divide by 4 =20.5 answer
