Spoilers if you are going to watch the whole move. I knew this going into it, but japanese horror movies seems to ever have a happy ending. I always come away feeling a bit sad at the end.

I really need to vent out my frustration after watching this movie because it was a good watch for people who are bored and just looking to occupy themselves for an hour or so. It stared off good but the movie has hiccups because at first it doesn't know if it wants to be a thriller about paranormal activity or a thriller about a serial killer stalker. I have to be honest and say it is like drama club or theater club made a school project and this movie was it. The acting is decent for everyone else besides our main female actor. She is extremely extra and spend most of the movie aggressively gyrating about as if she is getting physically sicker and sicker when in reality she is just supposed to be displaying "fear and sadness". Not even anime is as animated as she is. She is over the top to the point where she can barely walk and is even crawling at times as if she is hurt when she is not and is just "scared", "sad" or "broken" due to betrayal. If she wasn't acting like this then I would actually think this movie was pretty good for a rookie film but the way she acts keeps ruining my judgement over the movie and I am just forcing myself to get to the end because I don't like ending movies that I've already started. If they had a better main character then it would have been really decent but my only main critiques lies with the main female character and her very over the top acting. Every other actor did a good job with their roles for what seems like rookies but she is just unsettling. It's like she doesn't know rather to be sick and in pain or sad and afraid. She just decided to do all four ×1, 000. She also doesn't have ANY chemistry with any of her friends or the bf. How is she going to date him but seem afraid to go near him and flinch any time he talks to her or touch her. She don't even walk at his side and she is extremely harsh and emotionally unstable towards her sister. It seems like the other actors put forth a bit of effort but with this main female actor it doesn't come together at all because she makes every relationship with the other characters feel forced or lack chemistry. Trust me, she had decent acting scenes but overall she just wasn't a good choice for this rookie film and again the movie seem all over the place and didn't know rather it wanted to be a paranormal thriller or a thriller about a serial killer stalker.
