I know absolutely nothing about Hollow Night but something about this is so mesmerizing, it makes me want to know more about the characters. The way the feminine one smiles as the other falls apart is so haunting. And the drippy eyes I love this so much

As lovely as this is, you know you now have to do two more versions, right?
Ghost's battle with Grim has to be animate as one of these lovely dances for obvious reasons (though I reckon their's would be a more energetic one).
But more importantly we have to see the Radiance try the same trick on Ghost, only to have her expression of condecending superiority fade into furious indignation and then abject terror as her dance partner "takes the lead" so to say.

Now with that out of the way, I love absolutely evrything about this and could spew over details all day long so let me just tell you of how baffled I am by your talent.

This is absolutely incredible! The dancing is completely mesmerizing and graceful, and I love how the Pure Vessel’s hair grows out as the song goes on, maybe as a way to show how long they spent trapped with the Radiance in the “dance”? Whatever it is it’s FANTASTIC!!! I first saw this like 15 minutes after it was uploaded and I could NOT get it out of my head! You convey their emotions so well too, even with how little the Pure Vessel’s expressions change you can still read exactly what’s going through their head!!! Your abilities as an animator are unmatched my friend, and hats off to you for making me break my 5 year lurking streak to actually comment on something!

I've just sat here and rewatched so many times and can I just say, the attention to detail is absolutely amazing! I didn't even realize that hk's hair was slowly getting longer the first time through! or the fact that radiance disintegrated their arm! not to mention that the animation itself is gorgeous! well done as always!

I SQUEALED when I first saw this, because I had no idea you'd ever make a Hollow Knight animation. And this is just GORGEOUS, I had to come back and watch it for the 50th time and leave a comment

Edit: I just keep noticing more details the more I replay this. THK's expressions and the way their hair slowly becomes longer and their cloak slowly disintegrates is just eye-catching to me, same with the way their arm disappears. Also Radiance's HAIR MOVEMENTS IS JUST AUGH!! Not to mention how damn fluid the whole dance animation is as a whole. I genuinely cannot stop replaying this- I LIVE for THK's expression as their eyes turn orange. I just- jshhghjfg IT'S SO GOOD!!
