Here's a review of the new LEGO Harry Potter Diagon Alley set from 2020 - SO different from the original 2011 version. The stores here are Ollivander's Wand Shop, Scribbulus Writing Implements, Quality Quidditch Supplies, the Daily Prophet, Florean Fortescue's Ice Cream Parlor, Flourish & Blotts bookseller and Weasleys' Wizard Wheezes. The minifigures are Harry, Ron, Hermione, Draco, Ginny, Molly Weasley, Ollivander, Fred and George, Gilderoy Lockhart, Lucius Malfoy, Hagrid, Florean Fortescue, the Daily Prophet photographer. And the price is $20 - WAIT. NO. NOOOO. $400. Yep.

Tbh, I think the $400 price for this set is pretty fair, you get great quality minifigures, and amazingly detailed buildings with interiors. Also if this was Star Wars, you’d know it’d be at least $700 easily

That green head is the head of the Baby Zombie from Lego Minecraft and it is exclusive because it has no printing

I saw in the promo vid on the Lego site where they had two building on either side, both facing the middle - that widens the cobblestoned street and looked so awesome with a camera pan through the middle! 😄

It looks amazing but dear Cthulhu! So many stickers! This actually put me off for something so expensive (not that I'd consider buying it, mind: my abode is just too small).
I love how the ice cream parlour's chairs are done - every time pieces are used in unusual ways, it excites me :)
I also like all the different book builds and wish they'd used similar techniques to stack up more books in January's modular Book Store.
