I am on my 3rd week of Zepbound and have cut out all sugar and pasta from my diet. I walk about a mile everyday (weather permitting) and I have lost 26lbs. Walking is huge! I feel so much better and look forward to the future..

Will be going to the gym after work. Suffered yesterday with major constipation! Still have a fractured foot. Ugh….will be so glad when I can walk again! In the meantime, down 40# and continuing to exercise. This journey is amazing!

Walk 2-3 miles a day. My cardiologist suggested this last May. I rarely miss a day walking. I have great coworkers that walk on our breaks with me. And my husband is great walks with me in the evenings. I have wonderful support❤️

Love your encouragement and all you share with your channel. I started walking today after 1st shot of Tirzepatide on Sunday. I did 20 mins and 0.55 miles and will build daily.
