The legroom (32 inches) is actually more than Qantas (31"), and in line with most international carriers. The problem with Air Asia is the seat width, very narrow.

You say that purchases are cash only but which currencies did they accept?

Maybe they are the lowest air carrier in the Philippines but not all the time. May charge pati un rebooking fee nila which is sa other airline line PAL, wala silang rebooking fee if changes made within one week before flight date.

AirAsiaX (D7) flights are the Malaysia carrier, however, you flew Thai AirAsiaX (XJ) which is the Thai long-haul carrier... might want to double check your actual carrier next time you upload a review

Airasia owe thousands of people like me money.They essentially took money for flights, cancelled the flights and never repaid the money.

Air Asia is ok but the staff of this flight is mannerless. But the staff of AirAsia is very mannerless.Full of stupid attitude.

Please, I urge everyone not to fly with this airline when traveling to Bali or anywhere in Asia. Prior to booking, carefully examine their reviews. On 05/09/2024, during my flight, I encountered issues with their agent attempting to charge me $200 for a bag that was 9KG overweight. After requesting to speak with a supervisor, the price suddenly dropped to $80. Upon arriving in Bali, I noticed significant damage to one of my bags, with personal items missing from the only bag secured with a TSA lock. During the inspection, they mishandled my belongings, resulting in a broken African tribal necklace. Despite contacting the airline for assistance, their response, received all the way from Australia, was dismissive, stating that wear and tear costs are not covered, holding me accountable for the damages. This experience has deeply disappointed me as it tainted my first trip to Bali.
