When watching a lot of videos, you can conclude that all branches have the same jobs it’s just the mission of the branch that set its differences

Holy shit. Swim a mile with gear? I don’t think I've swam a total of a mile in my life. I know Corpmen are bad ass, but this takes it to a new level.

This used to be CSAR - I was trained in 88' at NAS North Island - We trained Helo, Sub, Boats (Fleet), Rapid Repell, Assault Craft, HMC, Transport, Small Arms, Repell, First Aid, CPR, SWI, and CBRE - It seems they have divided the NEC up a lot - Our Training was 16 Weeks - My most memorable evolution was helo drop and the 2 mile swim in the Pacific Ocean at 4am, OMG that water was cold in October

Your uniform is wrong. Recommend you go read your Navairinst 3710.7_. The most accurate is the one from 1981-1984.

I am so confused. How does the navy have this position along with an AIRR rescue swimmer? Yeah, I'm going Coast Guard.
