Kinder overnight oats recipe (low calorie & high protein breakfast idea/recipe):

30g oats
20g protein - I used @macr0mike mike caramelised white choc protein (used it for the first time!! Sooooo impressed, use my code amb-eliyaeats for 10% off)
1 tsp natural sweetener
80-100ml almond milk

Mix well and pour into ramekin

White choc creme:
50g vanilla yogurt
10g caramelised white choc

Mix and add over the top of the base

Choc ganache:
10g sugar free milk choc
10g yogurt
Splash of almond milk

Optional: add a drizzle of 5g melted white choc mixed with splash of almond milk
Optional: top with 1/2 a kinder bar

Macros without melted white choc & kinder bar:

With additional toppings:
