I was finally able to get the RTX 3070 Ti from micro center - their policy is 1 per person only. If others suppliers do the same, things can get better.

Oh man, I remember when the K6-II was launching and the upgrade was incredible coming from a K5 or Pentium system. The 3DNow tech worked really well especially on software rendered games... which were most of them at that time.

thats not how mining works in pools :) its just name set by user :) you can mine with multiple pc under one name, so you see final hash-rate from all PCs under one name.

Seems Toyota is adopting its Lexus "feature" where you're factory remote start is only accessible through a yearly contract through an app because the "Start Button" isn't on the key fob, only in app.

Actually I don't think at this point why AMD or NVIDIA would make GPUs for PCs as 7000 series or 4000 series. They seem to have problem keeping up with PC demand for current ones.
Probably just another spotted unicorn hiding in the bushes.
But for only one reason, servers?
I know AMD has marketed a 5000 watt 'Instinct' accelerator. As to what the core name is ? Maybe it also related to why Oak Ridge needs banks of them.
One of them would keep a house toasty in winter.
Oh wait I did find a name for the monster "GPU"/accelerator. Arcturus. Also A 300 watt version that is for a workstation. But this one's core is called Aldebaran.
So maybe in 2023? But will it be equal to a down payment on a new car? Like a shiny new luxury car. I Don't think it will econobox price.
Maybe that won't work without having a 6900XT to output the rendering to a 4K display. Maybe Crossfire is not dead.

They are using custom firmware, written from scratch. It is easy for them to type in what ever device ID they want. They are probably running lhr cards at full speed now. I have even seen firmware for upgraded ram videocards, 2gb to 8gb

I picked up an hdmi 2.1 4k 120Hz tv a year ago and 2.1 cable and i'll tell ya valhalla at 4k120 is awesome

Uhh doesn't allowing random people detect airtags defeat the purpose? I would use airtags to track down stolen or missing things. If you make an app that let's thieves find the tags, you might as well just not have them.
