THIS IS NOT AN APRIL FOOLS. YURI IS IN MW2 REMASTERED! This is EASILY one of the coolest Easter Eggs EVER in the Modern Warfare games and I can't get over how cool this is. What do you guys think?

You can see Yuri walk and fall to the floor just turn around when you are going up the stairs

Im happy that yuri is in here because it shows that infinity ward or whoever developed the remaster shows that they recognize the events of mw3 happened at least to the extent of yuris backstory

Hmmm when you think carefully about it. First we had MW remastered, then it followed up with the new MW storyline. Now we are having a MWII remastered, and might have a follow up of the new MWII storyline. Sounds pretty interesting cause if they did that then the 3rd MW would also follow the same process. We would get to see both the Old and the New stories of MW.

I remember for years and years I always used to talk to my friends about how I hope they add Yuri to no Russian if they remaster MW2, and they did and it’s so cool

You dont have to walk too deep in the second floor, if you go down in the right time you can actually see him shoot and then fall into the ground

Hey Dalek I don’t know if this is helpful but I found a reference to extinction in the mission wolverines when walking through the back yards you can see a doll having a tea party with the alien

If they are willing to add these Easter Eggs and reintroduce cut content from the original games, then I can definitely see the additions they can make for a potential MW3 remastered. For example, Frost was supposed to be in Down the Rabbit Hole with the rest of Team Metal, so maybe they'll re-add him into that mission. For the first mission, Nikolai's clothing can remain the same between Endgame and the Prologue, and then switched to his combat outfit for Persona Non Grata. Also in the same mission, Yuri's character model when he was controlling the UGV was Kamarov's model, so that'll probably change in the remaster. And maybe, just maybe, Soap will remain as swole as he was in MW2.
