In the OG MW2, you could hear the woman in the bathroom crying with her baby, not sure why they removed her audio from the Remake.

Not only is this observation questionable, but that's really irresponsible for parents to leave their child in a changing room like that

To prove your point, it'd be darker if the game let you kill that baby by shooting through the door and then it'll be silent

I have 2 theories on why there is a lone baby in the bathroom.
1. The baby is not alone, the mother is just being quiet to not attract the terrorists. She ran to the bathroom with her baby after hearing the first gunshots, in order to survive.
