How to install PHP MYSQL and PHPmyadmin on IIS Server

No way is this video 2 years old. Microsoft abandoned the web installer in 2019

people don't like filling their computer with all this cr*p just to run ' php and mysql '
IIS was a fail project for Microsoft and only few people use it just for those reasons "complexity and size",

its better to install php manually from the official website, and setting a service for it : is very easy .
few cmd codes and its done .
same with mysql, iv installed both of them on my pc with very light and low size without making my computer a rat base for Microsoft
