Girl you are so sweet and please understand this is meant to be constructive and not an insult but one, you either don't have the correct ratios of ingredients in your frosting, aren't whipping for nearly long enough, the butter alone should be whipped for AT LEAST 10 min before adding the icing sugar and then beat for another 5-10 min and/or lastly, for a full batch, as in a full large bowl, take out about a ¼ cup of icing, put it in the microwave, not quite long enough to melt it but pretty close and put it back in and whip your icing again. This will give you that silky, shiny, smooth buttercream with no grains, no lines, no bubbles, nothing but smooth perfection.
