Not sure if youll see this, but i have the same computer, bought it second hand. I wanted to know if i upgraded the RAM, could i run a 3d slicer?

I have one of these inder my bed. Had the HD go bad. But a few screws and tops are missing. Know of a online site to get replacement parts like that? Maybe model specific. tIA
