Gonna give that cold shower immediately after getting up a try. I will seriously hit the snooze button for an hour plus in the morning and i hate that about myself

If I do what I’m supposed to then I’m not tired in the morning and it’s about knowing your body. It’s not about the snooze button because if you’re taking care of your body correctly you don’t want to hit the snooze button. We already know it makes us feel like shit

My phone is my alarm clock though. And I use my phone for guided meditations as soon as I wake up I do a 10 minute session and I never hit the snooze.

Oh my ..My husband snoozing for 45 every ten minutes drives my crazy!! I honestly have to get out of bed when his first goes off… he thinks he get his best sleep between each ten minutes . We have different sleep schedules . I am thinking I need to sleep in the guest room. Thank. Just seem so lonely

15 minutes later you are in trouble said Mel.... sorry, you don't make that decision for myself. I prefer Goggins way of thinking... you are your own boss, your own decision, you own everything. You control your mind, your mind don't control you.
