I dont use pandora, i had never heared of it, until the people here told me (the comment is almost a year old). I do not use an Iphone, i use Android. If I want to listen to music, I listen to my own or a thing which has no skip allowance.

Pandora has a skip allowance, it takes a few hours to let you skip after skipping a few tracks in a row.
