Secure Comfort
A new lacing system helps keep your foot secure while you run. Non-stretch material throughout the upper holds your foot in place, while 3 foam pods in the heel add extra lockdown.

Seamless Design
The shoe's bootie construction is integrated into the tongue for a snug, seamless fit. A pull tab at the back of the heel adds easy entry.

Move Freely
Foam at the midsole is firmer than previous versions, providing better ground feel. Thin cuts in the sole help promote natural motion in the foot, with dual cuts at the top and bottom of the foot for flexibility.

They look great.free run is my favorite shoe.Hope I can find them in that color.aI have racer blue now, but am ready for a new pair.

I was considering buying these for someone, could they wear them every day just as a sneaker? They do have multiple pairs to switch back and forth, but primarily will not be running, just going to the gym, and wearing out normally? May I have your take on wearing these just as a casual sneaker? Thank you

Are they breathable or does the gray material (that covers the majority of the shoe) kind of keep air from coming in? It doesn’t appear to be very mesh-like
