You forget to mention an important detail.
Airdrop doesn't exist if you're transferring between an iPhone and windows pc.
iOS to windows connectivity has always been garbage.

I am using iPhone but clearly this Quickdrop is wayyy better than Airdrop…
It can worl between Phones as well as Windows Laptops… It is working out of the Ecosystem thing, which is useful on a huge scale… Whereas you need everything Apple to make Airdrop work…
And there only few people who are all inn the Ecosystem thing…

One FOSS to beat all these is Local send. It uses wifi to send files so it's super fast. Faster than nearby share and way better than airdrop. Which works when it wants to and sending large files like 50GB is a nightmare

apple uses NVME storage and Android is on UFS. Of course there'd be difference. And also what version of Wifi they're both using also plays a role.

Iphone and mac are of same ecosystem so encoding and decoding would be easier nd they cant work with windows while quick share has to work with windows encoding decoding or windows with samsungs encoding which would eventually cause some delay nd they work with any thing that connects. .

My laptop have Intel processor but with mediatek network driver and new Quick Share is not supported but nearbyshare software is working.

Will also depend on PC's SSD speed to write the data, Apple SSD's are generally faster..

It will be faster only if quick share can make use of Wifi-Direct on both PC and Android. But not all android supports Wifi-Direct

It’ll never be seamless on Android ever. First there was WiFi Direct then Nearby share, Now Quick share but most people still use some janky app to share their files on Android cause not all phones support the latest and greatest. File sharing will never be as good on android as it is on iOS.

Bro you have give 3 permission to quickshare and work slow to connect to other device.
Comparatively Bluetooth can share A Average file Faster Just in one minute.

It works on my Ryzen 7 machine. Also the file sharing at once is limited to 3gb.

AirDrop is faster than Quick SHare when the transfer is from phone to PC, but QuickShare is faster when it's from Phone to Phone. But u just mentioned only one point that makes Apple AirDrop look faster.
