I think the “Siri, pause” moment is actually when Lestat realizes that it’s not a hallucination of Louis and he’s actually alive and there - the look on his face and the inhale. Sam said Lestat thought he had been dead since 1973.

This man loves music so much that Siri and his electricity is the only thing that seems to be maintained. Well, at least if there's an error in a composition he can't kill anyone. 😂

I love the way he holds his practice board like a shield. Just looking at it, he's been seeking solitude with it for so long. The wood is worn from years of playing and looks like it's painted with blood? His blood? It's heartbreaking to see how confused and fearful he is as Louis approaches whilst trying to show some pride. He genuinely doesn't know what Louis will do and it scares him. It's so tragic. I'm so happy they reconcile. Wish I could time travel to the next season! Its going to be amazing!

Was so genuine like a little petty obviously, but relief he’s no longer with Armand. A little jealous that Louis can face vampire loneliness and still feel “enough” for himself. And genuine happiness that Louis turned out to be as strong emotionally as he Lestat had hoped he would.

Goodness gracious the acting in this scene is so subtle and amazing. It’s absolutely unreal
