My husband and I saw this video a while ago and he was drooling by the end (he loves beef and potatoes, he's a simple man). Well, today he's been pretty depressed so I went to the store and got the ingredients and made this pretty much exactly. We both loved it, and it cheered him up significantly.

Thanks for giving me a recipe to help my husband feel better! I'll definitely be adding it to my regular recipe rotation 😊

Taco seasoning is easy to make at home without packets.
1tbsp cumin + 2tbsp chili powder
1 tsp turmeric
2 tsp paprika
Salt+black pepper to taste.
Before adding meat to pan, cook diced onions for 3 mins, add garlic and cook for 1 min. Then add meat and cook for 3 mins, then season. Cook for 8 mins, then add fresh oregano and a few dashes Worcestershire sauce and cook for remaining 2-3 mins.
