A little tip for your wet boots, take a newspaper in your bag, fill your boots with it over night it will take alot of the moisture out and if its raining lots you've got something to read and light fires.

Man I'm honestly loving seeing the progression/lessons. When you showcased the new, smaller, and lighter pillow I automatically said "fuck yes!" out loud 😂
A tidbit that came to mind in regards to the tarp/groundsheet under the tent... as far as I'm aware (and from some experience with rain and damp while camping 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 🥲), as long as the tarp doesn't extend out past the edge of your tent... it should be fine! If you know this already, please excuse me haha
(can also add so much warmth to your sleep by adding another insulating layer).

I look forward to the next one!

edit: about the wet bag in the tent.. would always wipe it down, or, put it in the porch area until it dries more (could also buy a bag rain cover!)
Bad pillow - the pillow I use is the SeaToSummit Aeros Premium.. would recommend!

aweosme trip man!!! going lighter and smaller is beneficial but you can lose comfort it's a battle for the perfect balance. haha the food didn't look appetizing at all but been there done that and it works like a charm!! thanks for sharing your adventure.

Great video mate! It’s definitely not always rainbows and sunshines…especially in wales!! Fair play to you for sticking through it

It made me laugh when you lifted the bag out of the pot great video, I usually keep the gear in the tent, and any given chance bring it out to dry

Great vid man, keep up the good work. Love the magic carpet, mine comes with on every trip. I also swapped my tarp for a poncho for weight saving.
