My whole family has one now and I wouldn’t trade it for anything. I work construction my wife is a nurse and both my kids are in elementary and with cooking at home and having lunch ready wherever whenever it’s a life saver and helps with not wasting money buying lunch everyday 😂🤙🏽

There is a new version that doesn't use a double press and has a vent on the lid. The major downside of this device is that while having 4 screws on the bottom, it is glued together. They are trying to make sure that you can't replace the batteries that will eventually fail. From the ratings, it uses 4 2200 mAh Lithium-ion batteries running in series. This will give the 14.8 voltage rating. I will be getting a 2-amp charger to see If I can charge it in 1 hour instead of 2. When the battery eventually dies, I'll cut the case open and add 8 batteries in a 4s2p configuration with a 4 Amp charger. This will give me double the capacity while cutting the charge time to 1 hour if fully empty or 30 minutes if used only once.

I just got my Hot Bento lunch box. Love it and it really gets hot really fast.
Downside the inside is to shallow and I find it very difficult to lock the latches. Maybe am doing something wrong. wrong.

How long does it stay charged. I put it on once and it cut off. The food is warm, but it won't cut back on. I like to keep my food warm when at work because I don't eat all at once.

They all come with non stick coating now😢 why wouldn’t they have a non stick option anymore?!

Fun fact, those cheap coffee warming mugs work great for cupa of ramen. Heat up water pour in cup wait 5 minutes.

I would have loved if the charging cord would have fit inside the cooker with the lid on. It "just" a smidge too big to fit, so now I have a loose cord hanging around somewhere. It would have upgraded the travel ability 100% if it was designed that way. Otherwise pretty neat idea.

Looking for a good option for school lunch where they have 20mins go eat. I got the lava lunch box and after almost making it through one year the heat pack exploded all over inside and now I have to throw. Does anyone use it for that or know if this would work for school where you don’t have time to press the button and wait at lunch but need it hot by lunch? Thanks in advance
