I'll call them stupid for not really working on recall before bringing it out.
They could have saved themselves if they worked on making it much more secure before announcing it.

Microsoft should've focused on battery life, performance, and application compatibility. This recall feature is going to throw cold water over all the good work done in other areas. It's poorly thought out and prone to abuse.

Recall is the best feature in decades. People are too concerned about their privacy. This is Microsoft, not apple. You don't have to worry about your privacy here.
