New Physics from CERN Points to a Young Earth?

Many have probably seen the latest CERN particle accelerator video. CERN scientists believe they may have discovered a "brand-new force of nature" at CERN's Large Hadron Collider, hinting at the fact that a new particle breaks the known laws of physics. More importantly, however, it shows just how much we don’t know about the universe.

For this, I want to introduce a theory that has been largely ignored, perhaps because of its implications on what we think we know about the beginning of our universe.

How old? I don't know. But what I am confident of is that it has been almost 6, 000 years since the Lord made Adam. I am not a scientist (although I do have a bachelor of science degree). I can not prove or disprove what scientists on either side of the debate may say.
But I can prove with just a Bible and pen and pencil is that it has been about 6, 000 years since Adam was made. That to me is the critical issue. There is an ancient teaching (from the time of Enoch) that I believe to be true. Like many, I believe the 6 days of work, 1 day of rest narrative in Genesis is a model for human history. Here is the outline
Day 1 Adam
Day 2 Noah
Day 3 Abraham
Day 4 David
Days 5 and 6 - the Church Age (starting at Pentecost)
Day 7 - the day of rest

each day (age) is 1, 000 years long.
