Mind if I ask why you made a low and high cut? Am just thinking that there might be some frequencies in the lower bands that would need some soothing too

You had a really good vocal signal beforehand why then soothing it? You giving up fullnes for what? That’s like compressing something that does not need it and kill the dynamics. Soothe was made for when you have an audible issue in your signal or at Sounddesigning with harsh harmonics or highs for example. Yes you can throw it at a mixbus or master but look how gentle the presets are a preset. It’s almost homeopathic and that’s good so.

Soothe is great and can be a godly helper but it’s not a paranoia killing placebo killer.
You cutted way too mich from that vocal away!


My Tipp: press the delta button and hear what did you take out. Nothing in there that hurts your ears or is a distracting signal? Then don’t do it!

Feel like this plugin should only be used with 100% mix in most circumstances otherwise I imagine you’re gonna run into phase issues
