Hey guys! Thanks for the video. I've got the mark 5, I feel like it is not worth the upgrade to 6, and in many ways it looks like a step back.

Let's see, what do you gain in the upgrade?
1) more zoom, which is actually kinda nice, I feel handicapped at 70mm
2) touch screen, super convenient

What do you lose?
1) a full f stop which is the biggest reason I got the mark 5 for some creamy bokeh
2) ND filter which I use all the time for shooting video in manual

What was the glaring thing they didn't upgrade?
- 5 minutes max 4k recording (not that I ever record 4k but I mean come on)

One thing I will say as a slight disagreement with you Dave (and everyone else since everyone says this) is that the RX100 is hard to hold. Maybe I have secret spider webs shooting out of my hands but I've never found it that hard to hold, ha ha.

But here is what I think the best thing about the mark 6 is: the mark 5 will go down in price and the used market will get a spike of them, so you can get a better camera for less.

Maybe I have missed something that makes it worth the upgrade?

Cool things to know... but man that giant flag is so distracting. Like, if I walked into a friend's house and he had a giant flag of the country up on the wall, I'd comment on it, like, does he need help?
