"Perfectionism has kept me safe, but is has also kept me trapped". I resonate so much with this statement. In my search for perfection, I've always felt in a bubble, a place only I could use to be safe, but where nobody else could enter. Only recently I've learned to feel unsafe and imperfect, and this journey is leading me to a better understanding of myself and the people around me. I'm going to watch this video every time I feel like perfectionism is pulling me down 🙏🏼
