Pitstop adjustments have been quietly introduced to iRacing's GT3 class and others. If you know about this, a timely pitstop adjustment can salvage your race, or boost your team's race performance by giving each member a tailored car that suits their style perfectly.

Was using this during Spa 24hr last season I think during the weather changes.

I had in car setup changes ready to go for the rain race at Daytona this past weekend. Of course it was wet the entire time so didn't even change it. Haha.

I really want this to be implemented in the LMP2.

Great video as always, Danny. Really enjoying the racing tips videos you've been putting out as of late!

Just a minor note on the stop time variation: position in your box has no effect. The variation is purely random.

This was confirmed some years ago by staff after a particularly thorough thread on the old forum.

I vaguely remember reading that you could load an entire new setup in a pit stop, if noone was in the car. Never tried it though, unsure if it's still possible.

Good video! One question how do you panning camera shots where it moves mid shot?

So i see the +7 seconds next to the adjustments, my question is, does adding the changes add 7 seconds to the stop or will it just be apart of the pitstop time? If it takes 30 seconds to fill up full of fuel, if i add an adjustment will it take 35 seconds?
