Every single company needs to see this from top to bottom.

Spot on with clarifying expectations. I like the idea you mentioned of "making duties sound 5% worse than what it really is."

We are definitely gonna implement this strategy vs. just relying on optimism & assuming that the candidate can weather storms based on a resume.

Like you said, if you dont clarify expectations, the candidate can simply assume that they can just repeat what they did at their last job to get them by with your company. Love the breakdown. Thanks for the content!👊🏾👊🏾‼️

Great video, as usual. Small tip from having been in the same situation with on-screen talent; if the production team could apply just a little bit of matte make-up, it would take the shine off the face from the white LED lights.

The hiring video Leila refers to doesnt show up. No thumbnail, not a link, nothing. Maybe video editor left it out?

I feel stupid because i really can not tell what is different with her look except a different style of make up maybe? But she looks really different and very gorgeous

Once again, amazing value in a super digestible way, for free. Those subs are going to catch on Alex's in no time!
