How to secure a chest tube

its something that doesn't feel right but is actually brilliant. Will the incision close along with the tube with the initial horizontal mattress without the knot just over it?

Hi ..can i do it in small drain like in skin sub cuteneous tissue with butterfly needle drain ?? And how did you give 1st suture around if u plz can show that and lastly how did u tie it
