Solution to exercise 17 from chapter 7 from Gerald Folland's textbook, "Real Analysis: Modern Techniques and Their Applications."

NOTE: The equality at 9:26 that I was concerned about does indeed hold by Tonelli's theorem since the natural numbers are countable and thus sigma-finite with respect to the counting measure, and the support of f is sigma-finite by construction.
