As a black man nearly 40…I wish this content and knowledge about these special forces/special operations programs were available back when I was getting into college. Shoot, I wish we had more exposure to this.

This is awesome. Ive been looking at this training for awhile now. In the best shape of my life but im 28 years old not sure they want old dudes like that. Or if this is specifically a younger age group targeting program. Either which way i could use a massive change.

My weakness s swims, ... Pull ups... strongnest, Arms manouvrability and Clost combat, /weapons-guns and knives/hand to hand combat... mental toughness body strength....
