Amazing video, A friend of mine referred me to a financial adviser sometime ago and we got to talking about investment and money. Hi Brian. I like using some psychology in my sales pitch. Getting a client to admit he needs my product is probably the easiest way to close a sale. By simply saying something like "I think you realized just now that my service is exactly what you need." They never argue with themselves.

Hi Brian,
I sell real estate. And I often find that the best method of closing is pretty simple... Just ask for the order/sale!

If the preparation is done correctly and if I have asked the right questions, I can simply go ahead with confidence and ask "Mr/Mrs prospect is there anything that I haven't covered that you feel to be important?" If it is a no, then I simply say "so why don't we get started? And I'll take care of all the details."
