I think this fight between John Ryder and Canelo will be an alright fight, but Oscar made a very good point, Canelo is still the best fighter right now so why is he regressing and fighting a fighter of lesser caliber than Canelo. Even with hand surgery Canelo will not struggle to beat or even KO Ryder. If I was a betting man, I say Canelo will stop Ryder in 6 rounds or less. He will make easy work of John Ryder is tough as nails but clearly the B level side fighter. I will not pay even one dollar to see Canelo dominate Ryder in the squared circle.
