Heres an explanation. (I haven’t watched the film and this is what i THINK it is.) So basically at the beginning she was extracting organs from a bird for practice. Then the mum mentioned her sisters lung disease, which the lung is a organ. She later than says “save my sister” which means i think she would try extracting her lungs.
