Check Your Network Configuration:

Ensure that your Xbox One is properly connected to your home network via Ethernet or Wi-Fi.
Restart Your Router and Xbox One:

Turn off your Xbox One.
Unplug the power cable from your router and modem.
Wait for at least 30 seconds to 1 minute.
Plug the modem back in and allow it to fully restart.
