Tell the employee in their appointment letter that this will be a football game.
We will check you if ur fit for that positional player and then we will keep on changing your positions and then we will fire you so that the pic is clear for them.
Becoz the employees think that the are selected for doing one role which was jugded during their long interview process and complete those roles efficiently and also allow to enjoy thier personal space.
There is a big gap of miscommunication within you and your employees

Biggest joke ever 🤣, the management changes rules every 10 days, HR team changes every 15 days, no basic sense to the managers, no work life balance, no proper training, yes hire the right people but encourage the correct people, i was one of the ex-employee moved to IT now i feel i took the best decision.
