The essence of this isn't the special cutting because the ordinary slant cut shown on the tube works just as well.
The only important part is *not* to act as though you're icing a cake and instead to *PUSH* the gun and not pull it.😊
The second important part is not to touch the bead until it has fully cured, by which time any excess squeezed to the sides of the bead can be easily pulled away parallel to the face of the work - not lifted.

Just cut your tip at an angle than bend it about half way, hold your caulk gun at the angle of the angled cut
