In the video the buccopharyngeal membrane ruptures.... and the ectoderm comes in contact with the is the mesoderm then?? Or is the buccopharyngeal itself the mesoderm??? Please explain.

But the thing I can't figure out is how rupturing of buccopharyngeal membrane contributes to odontogenesis because it involves in the video. Dr or someone who can relate the concepts kindly explains to me. Please.

do you think in age 7 years enamel can still grow on the tooth.? my daughter enamel on the #1 tooth did not grow properly looks like there is lack of enamel on the tooth. Do you think in age of 7 ameloblast still produce enamel or they are not longer exist in the tooth?.
