Development lobes and mamelons are two different structures which have nothing in common yet many ppl when speak of mamelons they think of development lobes...first of development lobes are part of dentine and ate produced by odontoblasts second mamelons are part of the enamel eg they are produced by amenoblasts eg hidroapoxid crystals....that's one mistake which is spread massively and there are few minnor ones
