I remember in the middle 1990's when rent in Indiana was around $350 a month for a 3-4 bedroom house and that was a really good deal. I think one single guy we knew paid like $150 for his 1 bedroom apt. From what i googled it looks like in California rent started around $530-$640 a month so for Hillary to expect $500 for a beach front place with a pool and tennus court she would've probably had to pay $1, 000 or more.
