I could definitely live there! I love the kitchen. I’d turn the downstairs bedroom into a living room, the “reading room” would become my sewing room, and I’d sleep in the loft.

Perfect! The selling point to me is the reading room. I am a seamstress and artist, I need to be able to separate the art space from living space and have storage for supplies. The desk would be sewing table. Hmmm, thinking Id convert dwnstairs bedroom to living room where I'd put comfy club chairs and small media center.

I absolutely love the fact that it has NO LIVING ROOM! I spend 99% of my time in my bedroom anyway, and the last time I had a living room, the space actually went to waste (until I moved my son and his girlfriend in, then I just gave them my house ultimately because they needed it more than I did with the babies n all) but this is my dream tiny home

It's actually perfect. Main bed for my mother, upper loft for me, an office for both of us to use.

You had me on “reading room”. I could comfortably live in there and the main bedroom would be my cat room and I would put more books in the reading room’s loft and put pillows and stuffs. Then I would sleep in the other loft!
