I quit benzos cold turkey 2 months ago. The only thing that works right away is intense exercise. I have been doing mindfulness meditation helps to a lesser extent as well. I agree 100% here with this lady. When I was in the hospital for 8 days, I had no choice with nicotine. The patches just replaced my Zyn habit.

Very funny, none of those things work. I can’t even stand up straight due to rapid withdrawal. How is exercising or meditation or cognitive behavioral therapy going to help me.

Mine was so bad my bp dropped to 92 i got really skinny like was Mutated i got restless leg syndrome to i finally understand not to take any benzos ever again or any mental health meds cbt didn't help nothing helps any more 😢

Hey so..i hope you can give some idea on self care for benzo withdrawal like im taking clobazam tho its not like other strong benzos and yes im on venlafaxine and also seroquel bit yes ive tapered now im still tapering its not been easy. Also since therapy and mental health care in India is very very bad. I hope you can give some information about self care while going through withdrawals from clobazam.? Or benzos in general

Don’t get yourself hooked in the first place I was about to get myself hooked from doin it for 2 weeks straight then I said to myself naw I don’t feel like getting hooked on pills then tossed in the trash simple as that but noo… people want to get themselves hooked then complain later

I suggest psychiatrists start making videos on why to NEVER take Benzos ( unless for surgery or procedure in medical setting) specially for teenagers and students. Dr are prescribing these like candies. It is not normal that in one class in high school 7 out of 30 take this medication
