Pro-Palestine protesters rallied in London amid Israeli attacks

Hundreds of people have attended the pro-Palestine demonstrations in London, with date marking 76th anniversary of ‘Nakba’. They demand a ceasefire, defying political pressure and increased crackdowns across the continent.

Despite accusations of antisemitism, demonstrators, including Holocaust survivors, emphasize the movement’s message of solidarity and humanity, while students and families join the call for justice and human rights. Shadia Edwards-Dashti has more from London.

Not all Israelis support the attack on Gaza.Only 75% of Israelis are Jewish, 30% of those follow no religion. It was peaceful and there were lots of Jewish people with us. It's definitely not antisemitic. I spoke with fellow protesters on this topic and all agreed that It's about the genocide and Israeli politics. Jews and Palestinians were smiling at each other, talking and thanking one another for being there. Humanity at It's best.❤
