Honestly, apart from the Purple part, this is one of the rare times I agree with your top 5 tier lists. In my opinion UG4 is not a Top 5 unit anymore at all on any teams, and Garlic Junior is still the biggest tank in the game when transformed... definetly a contender as PO has gotten a whole lot of buffs before Legends Fest, although I'd concede it's slowly falling off. Nonetheless, was fun to watch as always !
