I love Manhattan Transfer, been listening to these lovely performers since late 70s 80s. They sing retro tracks like the On a Street in Singapore etc, Poinciana was lovely Chanson d more n Gal in Calico. Sexy songs as well, cocktail hour style ❤❤❤❤❤❤! In '88 I took a semester off from college and joined the U.S. Army (Reserve). When I finally got to AIT (skills training school) at Fort Gordon, GA, I bought this on cassette at the PX. I was 23 years old. I would lay awake in my bunk, homesick, and listen to this on a new high-tech device called a Walkman. I went back to college a few months later, and eventually earned a Master's degree. I turn 60 this month. Thanks for uploading -- it brings back memories that (now) I wouldn't trade for anything.
