How to install Dlib python on Ubuntu

In this tutorial I will show you how to install dlib python on ubuntu.

For that you have to first update you repository after that you have to install cmake and after that you have to install dlib.

Thanks for this tutorial for installing dlib. I was having this error failed to build wheel for dlib and was searching frantically what could be the issue as all the requisites were installed in latest version. Turned out, I had to use pip3 install dlib instead of pip install dlib.

when I typed sudo pip3 install dlib, it takes a long time. Am I on the right track?

Iam trying to use the docker with Ubuntu 18.04 i am trying to install dlib under the guide line you have mentioned. But everything i am getting the error, .... Failed to build the wheels
