How To Install DLIB On Windows 11 | Python DLIB

Installation steps for dlib:

- dlib works only in 3.7,3.8,3.9
- iam using 3.8 python version

After a whole day trying to install this, it finally worked at home. I'll try tomorow at work and check if it really works when used in scripts ;)
