merhaba python 3.9.5 vardı kaldırdım 3.6 yı yükledim komut satırında version olarak 3.6 görünüyor mkvirtualenv dlib_1 -p python komutunu kullandığım zaman 'mkvirtualenv' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file. mesajını alıyorum ne yapmam lazım

Hi i find some problem with creating virtual environments in python36
I have installed :
>pip3 install virtualenvwrapper-win Successfully


Now the command :
mkvirtualenv -p 3 python3s
shows error:
-p 3 python3s
C:\Users\guptaa82\Envs is not a directory, creating
'python.exe' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.
Fatal error in launcher: Unable to create process using '"c:\python27\python.exe" -p 3 python3s'
